Yes, and we prefer to. If you have guidelines we'll work inside them and extend them where the web needs more than print did — states, motion, dark surfaces. If your brand is thin or ageing we'll say so and quote separately rather than quietly redesigning it.
Every build includes 30 days of tuning — we watch analytics, fix anything that surfaces, and make small copy or layout changes based on real behaviour. After that you can take it in-house, or move onto the $50 a month care plan for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring.
WCAG 2.2 AA is our default, not an upgrade. That means real keyboard paths, visible focus, 4.5:1 text contrast, labelled controls, and motion that respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting. We test with a keyboard and a screen reader before we call anything done.
