Web Haven is a small, fully online studio that does two things: build custom websites — guaranteed live within seven days — and keep them running well afterwards. We are early, which means you get our full attention and a price that reflects it.
Why we exist
Straight answers, start to finish
Most people who have paid for a website before have the same two complaints: they never quite knew what was happening, and they could not change a word of it afterwards without raising a ticket.
So we work the other way round. You get a fixed price and a guaranteed launch date — seven days from brief sign-off — before anything starts. You see real work every day, in a browser, not as flat pictures in a slide deck. And when it launches, the code, the files and every account are in your name.
The name is the promise: a haven is somewhere things are looked after. That is the standard we hold the work to, long after the invoice is paid.

Code, files, domains, accounts. No proprietary platform, no exit fee, no hostage situation. If you outgrow us we'll help you hand it over.
Plain language, always
No jargon in a proposal to make the work sound harder than it is. If we can't explain a decision in a sentence you'd repeat to your boss, it's probably the wrong decision.

Web Haven is one person, and that is the whole pitch. Aiden takes the first call, writes the brief, designs the site, builds it, and is still the one who answers when you email about it a year later.
Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there is no handover. No account manager relaying your notes to a designer you have never spoken to. No junior quietly inheriting your site when the senior moves on. You email a person, and that person knows your site because he built it.
It is also why the studio takes on a limited number of builds at a time. A seven-day guarantee only means something if there is room to honour it.

Everything happens over video and in writing. It costs you less, it leaves a record you can search, and it means where you are based makes no difference to us at all.

Calls, not meetings
A 30-minute intro call and a 90-minute discovery session, both over video and both recorded if you want them to be. After that we only call when a call is genuinely faster than a message.

Everything in writing
Scope, price, dates and every decision go in a shared document you can read at any hour. Nothing important is agreed verbally and then remembered differently later.

You watch it get built
You get a link to the work in progress from day one. Open it on your own phone, at your own desk, whenever you like — no waiting for a scheduled reveal.

Open 24/7
There are no office hours to work around. Email at midnight on a Sunday and you will have a reply within 24 hours — and if something is broken on a live site, we look at it straight away.
